3 Fresh Summer Smoothies

I’ve been drinking smoothies almost every morning lately and have been loving all the fresh in season fruits this summer! I love starting my day with one of these smoothies as they are so light, refreshing and detoxifying-or even for an afternoon snack. These 3 recipes using in season summer fruits are a crowd pleaser- and they are so damn easy to make!

Ingredients

-2 fresh peaches (without pit)

-1/2 cup fresh blueberries

-3 frozen bananas

-1 cup cashew milk

-1 cup coconut milk

-1 cup water optional (for a thinner smoothie, or if you don’t have a high speed blender)

Ingredients

-1 cold baby watermelon

-Juice from 2 limes

-Zest from 1 lime

-Small handful of mint leaves

-1-2 cups ice (if your watermelon is not cold simply add more ice)

-1 pint fresh strawberries

-Juice from two limes

-Zest from half a lemon

-Raw sugar to taste

-2-3 cups ice

-2-3 cups water
